Is the narco list also black propaganda? There is no objective set of guidelines when placing someone in that list. Most of it is hearsay. Anonymous kadaghanan sources sa narco list by the way.

I will cite the Narco List provided by the president last May which was provided by PDEA and other government authorities involved. If majority of the Narco list the president provided is false then he and the govt authorities are held liable.

Do you even know who exactly were the sources of the list? So easy to say PDEA. But who exactly is the source? So near the elections at that.

Based sa article released, it was provided by PDEA and confirmed by other gov't agencies. So, saying na "no set guidelines when placing someone on the list" and "hearsay" is not entirely true. However, these agencies are held liable if false ang claims. Black Propaganda only identifies a source. It does not need to be true. And this "totoong narco list" was created to discredit the president and his children. Same sa katong Leni Leaks sauna. Both are black propaganda.

By your explanation, doctors who prescribe medicine with no prior experience on using them are using "hearsay". Because, they do not have personal knowledge/experience using the medicine. What's the point of having doctors or PDEA then? If they need to have personal experience to be able to trust their list? With that said, if ning tuo mo sa Totoong narco List, then you should trust Duterte's list since he would have personal knowledge.

For both you and @boss_digong, you can always go to the gov't agencies for the objective guidelines and their source of the list. If the Narco List is considered black propaganda because it simply cannot provide you the guidelines and source of the list for legitimate reasons, then the Totoong Narco List is worse than a black propaganda because its published anonymously.

Layo naa kaayo kag naabtan boss. With doctors, no accusations are being thrown. Who cares if hearsay sila? They might not have personal knowledge about it but what they study is science, and science adheres to hard truths, following established guidelines in determining the effectiveness of a treatment. There is very little room for subjectivity.

With the narco-list, for the most part, if not all, kay subjective. Chismis. A very faulty comparison jud.

There is no point in going to the government agencies because they cannot provide the information, for there is none. There were no published IRRs, no law, nothing to support their claims. You cant even name one source! Since black propaganda ang narco list, ngano masuko man si Duterte if black propaganda is used against him and his family? Double standards.

Again, you believe na people who have personal knowledge can be determined as valid. And, the "Totoong Narco List" states that Duterte is included. Then, you would believe that the Narco list that Duterte provided should be valid as well. Since it would show that he has personal knowledge.

To sum it up

Doctors: Follow a set of established objective guidelines. Using established science. Using a source that is not anonymous.
PDEA and Duterte regarding the Narcolist: No objective guidelines. Anonymous source.

How are they similar again? True, both don't have personal knowledge. But the first has established guidelines while the other doesn't. When you break down the testimony of the doctor, you can easily trace back the source. You can't do that with the Narco-list. You cant even show me the guidelines, you cant show me the source. You tell me to go to PDEA, but you and I don't even know who to approach.

I never said I believed "Totoong Narco List." I never said that they had personal knowledge. Can you point out when I said that? My point here is this, to make it simple for you: When Duterte uses black propaganda against his enemies, he should not be upset when his enemies use it against him. By being upset, Duterte is showing that he is a hypocrite.

Where is your basis na walay objective guidelines? Do you have factual proof na wala? How do you know na wala silay objective guidelines to verify if that person should be added to the list? And, why do you think they keep their sources anonymous? What do you think will happen if they announce who their sources are? Why do you think PDEA exists? PDEA has similar tasks to CIA albeit PDEA focuses on drugs. So, CIA is hearsay sad gihapon? If you say dili sila hearsay, what is your basis na dili sila hearsay? Who is CIA's sources?
