Artist dais was ok too.especially sa raintree pa sila pero strictohon lang to ila owner di ka ayo ka appreciate sa showmanship sa bands u really could not just let loose of your self but understandable ra pud they have a business to run , katong sa morrissey life quest man gud to ni morbai we were friends way back 93 dey hav an office branch here they own morbai maps..w dat guy and during our booze sessions we talk on such possibility of a bar..wala ra to ako mind..nut the guy had the money and the attitude to risk anything including his money and rep just to fulfill his gusto..hence the unique ambiance of the place..anything goes,,its like having a nirvana when ur there..

ah.. always good to read bout great memories in life.

lil history on moz bar that i know of.

that moment i walked pass the joint, i walked in and talked to the owner (morbi) and indeed his wife is hot!... anyways long story short, i asked if they were willing to host live bands w/ distorted music.... with no hesitation morbi said yes! then i called Kali (jam73) if he wants to use his instruments... him and morbi met an agreement and the rest is history.

I liked moz bar coz morby was laid back. from Moz bar I heared artist dais then met Edwin. that time Jun (his bro) was running dais.... it was all good up until the last years when Eds wife was running it.

anyways, everytime i walk around my neighborhood here in wicker park. the people around it always remind me of that era- young, hip, musicians, artists.....

thanks for the vote of confidence on drocksters... you are kindness in itself.
