Idk where your friend works pero da company offers a high appraisal for every performing employee but not everyone gets it..RnR in my acct is very lame I must say kay ultimo grad budget sa trainees ky grbe katihik, maluoy lng ta..
I happen to belong with a chill acct n da management is A-ok
It's really up to u if you'd like to stay or find another company which would suit your needs.
