Is it a bad idea to rent out a property that is not fully paid?

Whether Paid or not fully paid ang imong property, the answer is the same.
The risk is the same ~ defaults, rowdy tenants, party animals, scammers, etc

Ang main question is kung unsa imong risk appetite.
If you dont like to risk, every risky venture you can think of is always a bad idea.

Naa ra jud nimo ang tubag sa imong pangutana Boss.

na Solinea or inside business park kay bati ang rules & regulation nila. AS IN! The only
not-so-good thing about this business venture is that Im a co-owner of the unit. hehe
The Korean guy was actually generous in his reviews though.

Puhon... suwayan nako ug pa airbnb amo old house sa Tisa kay daghan mid-eastern
nag rent ug mga room didto dapita.
Wa ka nagkaproblema sa Solinea? Naa mi unit didto ganahan ta nako i Airbnb but murag strikto man ang management.

It’s very easy to be a host in Airbnb, you just have to sign up and list your property and they’ll double check if the property is actually existing then you pay fees per booking. It’s actually much better than booking.com

I have two paid off deluxe units in mactan (ready for occupancy units) unfortunately my circumstance have changed and now needing to dispose it due to I don’t think I can trust any property manager there especially I’m no longer a resident of Cebu. Airbnb is actually a very good business I’ve been doing it for the last 5 years, u get to meet and know people and if you have the space/ property that you want to see it’s maximum potential being in a good location of course, rather than doing a long term rental you can be best off doing Airbnb per daily basis for the tourists only come for a holiday, they’ll only sleep there unlike long term rental with furnished units, some can do serious damage on your property depending on what sort of tenant you have. It’s a matter of luck finding good tenants these days by the sound of it.

    sayon ra man sir
register lang ka with airbnb, free ra man
sa registration, wala ra man requirements aside from your identification

if gusto ka mag-host (rent out your 2nd floor), just list lang your property, upload pictures, put the details, price, etc. then wait and see till someone books

if wala pa ka na-register sir, pwede ka mo-register on my link? mao ni sir ay > register on airbnb . mohatag sila og P2,200 free travel credit for you on your 1st booking
    Spoiler!

    ni-try na ko, twice na.
nakakuha jud ko og P1.6k as travel credit. so less ako gibayaran on my 1st booking
