This happens to me a lot, and this is how I work on it:

List down your wins, whether minor or major. whenever you feel like giving up, just look at the wins you’ve achieved in life and in work. remind yourself of how far you’ve grown, and re-focus on how much more you can grow when you continue.

Celebrate your wins. every time you feel like you’ve achieved something meaningfully relevant, whether small or big, celebrate it. reward yourself for every accomplishment and progress.

Do something new, always. get out of that routine-like lifestyle and seek new adventures and discoveries to spice up your life.

Look back on your “why’s”. why are you working? why did you choose this work? why are you here? remind yourself of the reason/s why you started in the first place.
