Hi guys. I'm planning to quit my job at a medical supplies company to go back to the BPO industry. But gusto ta ko na assured ko nga naa nako next job. Would it be okay kaha with Stellar to allow me to render a couple of weeks or a month before starting (ASSUMING THAT I PASS WHAT SEEMS TO BE IMPOSSIBLE hahaha)? Or should I keep mum about being currently employed because it might hurt my chances pa jud...?

If you pass then they might consider it.. they take 1 out of 50 -100 applicants BTW.. 😀

As long as you are able to hit the stats (you can do so by training your software from time to time especially if you see words coming up wrong even if you said it right so it doesn't happen again) and making sure you are vigilant and dili magdukaduka) employment is secured man. Most agents stand and walk or run in place (some do yoga lol) in between captioning so we don't get sleepy paid gud ka na, naka work out ka pa. Unlike sa call center naka sit down forever, run lang pag sup call. [emoji28]
