Somebody in GCash stole my money! In August last year, I was reimbursed by two separate institutions in the total amount of a little over 10K. Despite numerous follow ups, the reimbursed amount never showed up in my GCash account.

Despite non-resolution, I got a text via GCash Care messenger that my ticket was being closed despite non resolution. Called 2882 to ask why was made to wait a long time before someone answered, only to be informed that a manager had found that the amount was "rolled back".

My Transaction Record shows no such "rollback". It is pretty obvious that this supposed "manager" acted with malice to ensure that the crime was consummated, particularly as I got no response when I repeatedly asked GCash NOT TO CLOSE THE TICKET.

I suggest we all stop using GCash until the responsible persons are caught and punished, and GCash fixes its system.
