Kinsa naka try na ug doing work on Lidar annotations?

I'm just curious ug what is the minimum and recommended specs for doing this work.

I just to know para makabalo ko what amount needs to be spent for a pc nga maka handle ani nga task easily but kanang dili pod too much kay para pod dili overspend sa money. I'm just trying to find the sweet spot, good enough to run smoothly but not too much nga overspend na.

I tried searching Google and did not find much. I'm hoping to find some inputs here.
