Question about Silverstone PSU Warranty

Hello istorya.

Naa koi silverstone ST60F-ESB Power supply. Problem is dili siya ka sustain under load (or bisan idle lang pero usahay ra kaayo). Mapalong siyag kalit.

I've had this for almost 2 years. Wala na siya store warranty kay 1 year ra man ang naa sa resibo, but ang naa sa sticker sa PSU itself kay 2019 man ang nakatatak. Pwede pa ba kaha ni nako ipa RMA? and also where, didto sa akong gipalitan or diretso na sa distro?

@onlyoneandnomore actually years ago way labad ang fineupgrades with warranty nga way apil ang receipt, don't know what changed their mind nga mangita na sila receipt based sa imong giingon. Sa una diretso ra dala sa unit basta intact pa ang serial niya.

Same happened to other stores like Gaisano Interpace sugod adtong niaging tuig kay mangita na pud sila receipt for warranty claims. Prior to last year, diretso ra kog dala sa items for warranty without receipt, though naay mga istorya about other customers nga sa lahi nga store paliton ang item then if dili dawaton sa laing store or labad magpawarranty, adto nila dad on ang item sa laing store for warranty kay dili labad og gidawat ra. Maybe, sa case sa G.I., naglikay lang sila ana nga scenario.
