Good pm, mga 2 days ago pa jd mi kahatag ug application form para 20mbps(unli) pero kanus.a na ang mga contractors usually mu report sa amoa kung madala ang connection sa balay? Medyo layo hinuon ang fibr box, mga 500 meters kalayo, dili man sad sudlunon amoa, naa raman sa subdivision. Ty.
About sa dangog, mga pila kaha na usually para mapaspasan ang pag install? Dili paman sad diha pud ang bayad sa bill haha.

Update lang : Didto nako sa sa PLDT Jones kay Saturday karon instead of me going to rest from my occupied weekdays nag sacrifice gyud ko og hulat para lang ma settle akong Billing and bahin pud sa akong Very Fast na Fiber Internet line ni tawag gyud ang Technician/Lineman kay "mag follow up daw sila sa internet connection" then I told them about my problem they will forward daw kung kinsa ang nag hold sa akong area.
First - I already given this internet problem from PLDT my TIME and it really was a bad experienced.
Second - Customer Service is a headache, I understand because they admit that "they don't have a customer service right now to answer my problem".
Third - "LUCKY FOR ME" I still have my globe internet connection which is stable as hell! which my home based job really needs my presence.
My only Question Now!? ... Shall I cancel this PLDT Fibre connection?

received a text regarding ani. aside sa speed boost, naa pay 1 year free iflix subscription, and receiving of rewards points. but the text says, "As a loyal subscriber..." so di ni para sa mga new subscribers?
anyway, i called pldt hotline 171 to confirm. according to the CS (shiela) wala pa daw advice sa ila about the speed boost, etc. so i don't know kung unsa akong expectation ani![]()
Diha pa na cguro matinuod if ila jud I-advertise since maka engnayo man pud nag bag.ong subscribers.
