as a peasant this is my typical breakfast any 2 from the list, every day
1. corned beef
2. beef loaf
3. bacon
4. egg sunny side up wet look
5. lucky me noodles
6. pork n beans
7. century tuna mixed sa egg (separated oil from meat kay ebahug ang oil sa rice)

as a maid here's mine:
1.) maggi noodles
2.) homebrand tuna
3.) frozen golden saba (saging saba)
4.) frozen buwad
5.) purefoods corned beef as well!
6.) shrimp paste!
in todays "rush" lifestyle, a glass of milk will do the trick as a breakfast, but you have to eat food(rice) between 9-11 am.
skip lunch, then, eat food between 4-6pm, skip dinner. a fruit/bread will do instead of a dinner.

if padulong work usually fast food nlng jud kay walay time e luto, but kung day off mag luto ko ug sunny side up eggs, tuna and 2-3 slices of bread or my all time favorite scrambled egg with diced tomato, red onions pwede nimo butangan ug cheese pero optional ra. then coffee kay coffee lover man ko![]()
