if the bad sector is hardware level then better get a new drive because it is not fixable unless you will replace the platter inside the HDD. if it software level meaning windows tagged it as bad sector because the read and write speed on that sector is just too slow then you can use the softwares above to fix your HDD...

you can also try the programs that can be downloaded from the hd manufacturer's website.. ang seagate and western digital naa sila software pra mo zero fill og drive.. heheh
