I'm planning to apply for Canada thru Express Entry Program. Mag DIY lang unta ko to save money, mangutana Lang ko to those who are already in Canada, can I start my application even without IELTS pa?. I'm thinking of Taking the ietls while ongoing ang application. Possible ba? Thank you!

depende sa place na imo adtoan ang processing fee, pero dala nana tanan... sa embassy man ka pakita show money, nya if wala ka ana, di ka ma approve.
