Apparently PLDT prioritize new subscribers over its existing subscribers. I applied for an upgrade to fiber. Was told that fiber isn't available in my area however our neighbor just had her fiber installed the other day.

3 weeks nalang karon gkan sa pag apply nkog pldt. wa ghapon update everytime mo tawag ko sa agent mo ingun lang for approval pa daw.

questions dba 5-7days raman ang approval sa pldt? ako.a 3 weeks na wla ghapon

question: your neighbor has pldt fibr, or globe?

anyway, just check around your area if you have that black box for fiber (google for the image). you can provide the info (LP, NP) to the assisting agent. they can usually check if there are still slots available.

if you have a service order, pwede ra ka muadto sa nearest pldt business office for faster transaction. ang paet kung wala kay service order, then sa 171 ra ka ga followup. mamuti imong mata sa paabot...

LDT FIBR ACTIVATION - Kinsay na suway nga dugay na activate ila Fibr? naka install na ang PLDT fibr modem nya ni ana ang installer huwat lang daw ko gamay kay naay mu tawag kung activated pero until now wala gihapon 4days nako nag huwat..
