i was with E tel b4 handling the QA Verification and the Vonage IBTS agents earn aound PHP 30-40K a month !! The Basic wud b pegged at Php 18 k then the com rises up to Php 10-20k depending o how gud u r..
thing s choose all centers that is not contractual..
best to work with wud b etel, free bottomless drinks and medical benefits plus the peeps there are cool . then Teletech they hav 3o bed sleeping rooms , lots of free spiffs choclates bags and others stuffsxlibris pays well about 20k but the pressure is there also goes with CVG but their act is way tough..so the php 20 k pay is negated..then next wud b supportsave offer around Php10-15k but with less stress environment plus days off are sat sun and u wud get stock ownership the mgt pays the stocks in u behalf and its worth dollars for a share worth a thousand, imagine that..
