If Cebuanos are so impressed with Tommy with his recent antics on SRP and Library. Its about time people needs to be impressed with solutions about Traffic. Malls? Casino? Buildings? we have shitload of that. What we Cebuanos need is improvement of our transportation system Otherwise, its the same shit just different day. Populist Mayor getting a lot of praise from small deeds. What about fixing the transportation? It's a false hope.

Yes he was a visionary like Tomas... I remember the seminar before implementation of our traffic system which was state-of-the-art way back 1990... but unlike Tomas, he was all business, no politicking, no personal vendetta.
