pwede ra ka adto ug mga optical shop
palit ka ug frame, depende sa imo budget, daghan ka style mapilian
nya ingna pataoran nimo ug multicoated na lens kanang para computer
naa pud na sila available lens in case naa grado imo mata
kung naa free eye check up i avail nalang pud para sure

I love these computer eye strain glasses, they literally saved my eyes. I have to spend 16 hours a day sometimes in front of the monitor, the tension on my eyes is just awful.
