    actualy if ur planning to hav a rippling abs, dli lng exercise, diet sad, ako? before, 2 hrs training, no drinking water, almost 1000 punches in the air, 400 sit ups, scissors pa, pareha kay pacman, pull ups 120, dats everyday, wla jud nigawas ako abs coz akong kaon, pirting dakoa, murag namawi, wen i start na magdiet, nigawas na sya pro i stop kay niniwang sad ko

    pro natural ni sya, i dont take fatburner pills pro if u take, 1 month kaya kaau ingon nla

    aerobic exercises are exercises that maximizes the use of your legs(jogging, walking, hiking, swimming)

    it appears that genes is the apparent reason why tummy bloats.
    Naa koy barkada nga gamay kaon, nag diet, almost everyday duwa basket uban namo pero ang tiyan nagbitay. Then, I have this friend also nga grabi ang appetite, dako lamoy, way limit pero ang tiyan nipis kayo parehas sa akoa.. hehe

    gamay kaon cge basket.. maybe not right ang kaon or ang diet.. check it lang... ang kanang gamay then grabe appetite pero dili mo dako? unsa na siya skin and bones or unodon gamay?

    anyways body type na siya...

    to put it really simple

    ectomorph- skin and bones
    endomorph- naturally chubby
    mesomorph- gifted

    which body type you are you can check it at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/becker3.htm

    if you know your body type then it is easier to know how to exercise and what to eat...

    ang dakog kaon then gamay tiyan-------> athletic iya body type, not skinny.

    kadtong gamay kaon pero cge duwa basket nga dako tiyan -------> he's on strict diet, dili sya gamay kaon in proportion to his bosy size, e compare sa akong kaon pareha ra.
