Affordable construction/renovation service in Cebu City or Mandaue?

Hi Istoryans! I need your help. We just purchased a house and lot through Pag-Ibig and need siya ug daghan nga repairs. Naa mo nahibaw-an na affordable but reliable na construction company? The house is in Jagobiao and it is a bare unit, 2-storey house na wala jud gipuy-an sa tag iya so it needs a lot things done:

-it needs to be cleaned up because its outside and inside has a lot of garbage
-the plumbing and electricity needs to be checked/repaired
-the roofing checked/repaired
-outside and interior repainting
-tiles
-railings for the staircase
-separation of the 2nd floor into 2 or 3 rooms
-a little landscaping on the outside (maybe)

I need your advise as this is my first time and I know for a fact that your ideas would really help especially those who have had experience with a construction company. We are still processing the papers and waiting for Pag-ibig's go signal to start working on the house but I am canvassing as early as now so we can prepare for the costs.
