Actually nangita kog Tamron 90mm f/2.8 sad pang macro. nya nag plano sad ko'g kuha ug Raynox DCR.

Kapoyan ko ug utong sa reverse ring, nya mostly mga subjects nako mahadlok sa akong dambuhala nga nawng.

Meanwhile, I made this test on this lens.
sensor size of 7D is 22.3mm X 14.9mm...so, using an actual macro lens the magnification will be 1:1

based from the image, it reads almost 22.3mm

So at 1.8X, the reading is 12.4mm.


at 2X, is at 11.2mm.


at 2.7X


and surprisingly at 10X


to attain 10X, I stacked up Raynox DCR-250 + 2X teleconverter + 1.4X teleconverter + (12+20+36)mm extension tubes and distance of the subject to the front of the lens is 55mm.
