I have been to lots of Provinces in Luzon and very sorry to say Cebuanos and Cebuanas, but Cebu is terrible compared to Manila.

Just the roads alone, in the capital of Cebu, they are never looked after. Manila is more ''gubot'' as many would say, that is because the population is 10x more than Cebu. That means higher poverty population = higher crime rate.

One thing that Cebu excels in is Safety. Everything else like infrastructure, transportation, education, Technology, Maintenance etc etc. Manila is very much ahead.

And sorry to say taga cebu pud ko. hehe. Mas advanced jud ang manila, pero i would prefer to live in Cebu kay na anad naman gud ko sa ways diri. Moving to manila will be like moving to another country as a whole. Too lazy and costly to go through that process all over.
