as of now its still close beta.....and it will end this march 19.....open beta will start on april 14.....and we will be distributing installers to all i cafes here in cebu b4 the open beta so that icafe will install it already....since it is open beta its still free.....the loading of cards will take effect when it will goes into commercial...jst w8 nalng for further announcement!
