sad but true. traffic affects peoples productivity. this will make cebu not a favourable business destination.

Everybody is reaping Cebu's economic boost at the moment, that includes
non-Cebuanos. When the resources deplete, they scramble, move on and
leave this little island for the dead. It is a deep-rooted cultural thing. Buying
cars after cars as tokens of success, without a care for causing road traffic,
is tantamount to primitivity.

Most first world countries have done this terrible phenomenon 200 years ago,
in the period of industrial revolution. Funny how we might be the only ones to
undergo this kind of revolution in the modern times. haha
