extra overpasses and an extra bridge would. Not even a diversion road that DPWH is 'working on'
will help. Oh adding more buses also bleeds traffic, so that's not helping either.

Good thing you got it. Adapt and move on. Sige ta reklamo, samot ka gamay ato lifespan.
Unta if sige tag angal, naa pud unta tay gicontribute aside sa taxes lang kay it's too cliché.

    A Nihon-jin DOES NOT
    • litter anywhere
    • spit on the road
    • queue jump
    • waste food
    • dispose garbage w/o segregation
    • jaywalk
    • shout or talk loudly inside elevator/train

When driving, a Nihon-jin DOES NOT
    • overtake
    • speed on a pedestrain lane
    • park on non-designated areas
    • smoke inside a car/cab

A Nihon-jin does all that while paying taxes. Just saying this before somebody's gonna slam
'I'm paying my taxes so govt should treat me well' bullcrap. If we want to become even just
half of how Japan is, we need to be A-bombed twice.

Not really envied that country since if mao pana tua nako decades ago. But theres always something about Cebu wherein locals always go home.
And you know well overpasses dont work, any person involve in civil and planning works know that (maybe except people in the dpwh and politicians).
But the point is providing a reliable and alternative method of transportation that would be AN OPTION for car owners to ditch their wheels en route to work, school, etc. You yourself who know Japan 'very well' should know how it works, and I lived there for some time so I can attest to that!
And you know everyone pays taxes, you can contribute to the betterment of the society by abiding simple and basic traffic rules.

BUT Adapting and moving on our status quo isnt helping this country, sama nalang nimo gisulti na di nani mu asenso ang pinas.
There are a lot of countries without the level of discipline Japanese people have but still they were able to implement the basics. Some people in Singapore, especially the locals, still jaywalk, spit and litter even though theres heavy fines. Thai people are somewhat like here in the Philippines but how come in Bangkok theyre inching up and not down? Even in Vietnam's problem with jaywalking and motorcycles dwarfs Cebu's dilemma, but still they were able to have bus stops and timed routes, and people wouldnt have a choice but to walk to the bus stop kay diha raman mu hunong.
Its like saying implement the rules, maski sa Cebu kabantay naman tingali ka na mulakaw ang tao kung asa mu hunong ang jeep kay naay Citom sa unahan?
Well to suggest a few maybe award to only a few transpo companies para wa nay competition sa pasahero and naay schedule sa buses, mao mana ila gibuhat sa uban nasod and makabantay man sad tingali ka sa efficiency sa Ceres diha sa Cebu karon.

You could've used paragraphing to improve readership.

But do they have Serging Osmeña as their local political leader in the past,
which was superceded by his son, to Rama and back again with his son?

Singapore is another story. They have been under British occupation and
maintained balance throughout the 19th century. We, on the other hand,
were raped three times in a row. Two things common we have with them
is being Chinese-mixed and massacred by the Kimpetai. That's it.

One cannot easily enact a tremendous change in a country ran by ungodly
procrastination since its first induction of Independence without turmoil. And
a chaos-driven revolution for modernity in the 2010s is unacceptable except
    maybe for NK.

    One would say:
    • Let's vote the man with high integrity. "But this phrase has been rotten for decades".
    • Let's educate people about environmental conservation. "Fvck that, I only care about my job".
    • Let's educate people about population control. "Shit, God said to create life, and so life there is".
    • Let's educate people about finances. "Don't need that crap. It's just a waste of my precious time".

This trend which has been lingering since WWII, cannot be erased in just a
blink of an eye. Not even Du30 himself can fully dominate in a 6-year span
if citizens do not realize they're part of the sovereignty and therefore must
    act accordingly.

So when it comes to traffic adjustments? Dare I say, nothing will happen.
Even the most educated Juan is not apt for a drastic change knowing it
will cost him inconvenience. Even my previous post will do nothing:

cash payments. That way, a lot of potential buyers will back out and proceed
    to commute.

In other words, di sa ko mosalig aning 2021 Monorail plan nila as long as ang
CCMC ingun ana pa gikan 2012. Grabe ning gobyerno sa Cebu. Mahuman
na lang si Du30 sa iyang term anang kalakiha igo ra na plano.

every month there is about a thousand new vehicles in Cebu, the roads will eventually be full of cars but our roads are not getting wider so in a few years time-- whether we like it or not, colon to ayala will take an hour.

the plans that are currently in place is outdated, let say for example road widening--in 2010 they plan to widen the roads in 2015, yet when they do it in
2015--it still did not improve the situation. you see, the plan should have been done a decade earlier in 2005 and implemented in 2010 to solve the traffic for year 2015 in consideration.
