go for ACER but NEO is much cheaper.
how bout MSI? MSI cheapest dualcore is at 33K (same with NEO's cheapest dual core difference is that NEO has webcam and MSI has ATI video..)
Btw, am using NEO. so far no problems. Only downside is that their speaker ordinary kaau compare to other brands na sipa ang sounds. also their DVD drive mura man mlupad everytime open nako.. and the rest is Ok considering the price value..

bt be aware of some ACER units since 8s a taiwan made...
try dis u buy... go 4 a quiet place dn try power on the ACER laptop.. commonly laptops have a sound during boot.up but f ull hear sounds like airplane dn d board have a problem... nakapalit ko sa taiwan b4 d unit has a problem drs a sounds like an airplane comparing 2 my frnds ACER Laptop dnt hve sounds like mine.. i've check 8 to ACER service center and they say d unit s defective particularly d motherboard... i tot 8s d DVD ROM s d problem bt 8s nt...

go for ACER. NEO hardly has ads and are just a new player in the laptop industry. At least ACER has established itself as a cheap brand for branded desktop and laptop sets.

good thing bout ACER s dat they have 58 Minutes Service... they diagnos and troubleshoot ur unit problem n just 58 Minutes or less while u wait.. (*except major problem)
