Hi Bros/Sis, Ask lang ta ko, I'm curious on what to expect when living in a condo. I'm planning to buy one and I'm preparing myself kung unsa dapat ako i expect.

I'm a software developer working at home, I want to live in the city para doul nalang tanan palitonon and necessities biking/gym/abellana sports complex for my exercise

Also please share naman unsa inyo na experience living or working in a condo.

kung duna sunog or linog delikado kung naa ka sa ibabaw nga mga floors, memorize nalang daan mga emergency exits. expect lang nga ang parking space will not be enough kung naa ka daghan bisita...just hope nga dili saba imo mga next door neighbors or the unit above you.

medyo limited ang space? and that takes getting used to labina when you grew up on a typical house like naa moy backyard then lahi2x ug kwarto imong siblings, parents, then naay living room and kitchen. Compact ra kaau ang condo

Dili kaau ka maka interact with the other tenants actually. I have a friend who lives in a condo in Manila, after pila ka years pa niya nahibaw-an nga ang gapuyo sa tapad niya nga unit kay artista diay

Best thing about condo living gyud is location. Pag-gawas nimos building city na mismo.

about sa parking space usually ang uban condo naa sa package ang parking space sa ilaha pero for 1 car ra so if naa kay bisita na friends magcar pool or uber nalang sila. about sa noisy neighbors usually against gyud na ang mga sabaan sa policy sa condo thats why usually bawal ang pets sa condo.

TS better ask sa rules and regulations sa condo property. Naay uban condo stricto kaau like unsa na type na AC ang ibutang sa imo unit, dli pwedi LPG all electric appliances ra pwede, etc. Lisod parking space better if buy ka palit nalang apil ang parking space, naa kay friends minimize noise gyud kay mang reklamo imo silingan. buy and install extra door locks. Assocation/Monthly fees ask how much before ka mo buy naay uban medyo mahal kay nindot ug facilities.

keep in mind that the tallest ladder of the firetrucks here in cebu can only reach up to the 6th-7th floor...
