I'm teaching Linux System Administration here in Cebu, at a company called Computer Training Labs (CTL). It's 40% owned by a US company. There are CTL offices in the US too.

We offer a set of courses to prepare people for the Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and the Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT) exams. There are four modules to cover basic system administration, networking and netrk services, and security. Three of these modules are five days each while one is three days. Total of 18 days. We recommend you take it over a couple of months. These courses are fairly expensive.

We also have a basic user course. That's only three days. Covers the GUI, basic navigation, the Linux filesystem, and OpenOffice. This course is pretty cheap at only P3,000.

Give CTL a call at 254-4004. Just inquire about the Linux courses and tell them you heard it from me in this forum.
