About drivers license renewal

What are the requirements for drivers license renewal? and where can i renew my license
and does it still need drug testing?
because im going to HP to do some checkup. and i dnt want to pay for the drug testing if it wont be used.

Do I have to go through this renewal if I just got international driver's license at https://idaoffice.org/? I think the process must be simplified, not vice versa. I read that International Driver’s Permit (or International Driver’s License) is a document that allows you to travel anywhere in the world easily and confidently. And it is legally effective for up to three years.

are you a filipino, or a foreigner with an international driver's permit(idp). i don't know about the latter, but the requirement for a filipino to get an idp is that you have to have an original and valid philippine driver's license. renewal is necessary if your ph license is expiring, less issues when time to renew your idp comes.

your idp allows you to drive in most countries for a certain period. for example, japan does not allow you to use your idp for continuously for one year.

and in ph, drug testing to authorized drug testing sites is still unfortunately a requirement.

idk about international licenses. but im sure you can inquire about that in any LTO.

I believe that a drug test should be mandatory. Why does this matter to you?

i dont want to pay for something that wont be used. it's just a waste of money.
anyway. i'm done with the renewal (last july) and at least now its 5 years, the problem now is that they don't have plastic cards. hahaha

aside sa sm city ug sa lto office n. bacalso, asa pa lain mo renew ug driver's license diri sa metro cebu? naa pa ang robinsons fuente? mo issue pud sila ug plastic card? or didto na sa sm seaside tanan mo issue ug plastic?

This is a tip for those nga magpa renew. ang mo print ug plastic kay ang seaside, robinsons galleria ug island central mall nalang. mas maayo diretso mo sa island central mall kay e prioritize didto ang mo renew kaysa magpa print ug plastic.
