    Easiest healthy way of weight loss in fasting, it works great for me. I only eat once a day during sat and sunday. Dont forget to exercise though.

    The discipline, concentration and contol

    Though I personally think it's not right for me.

    Unsa jud na ang style sa imong fasting Boss?
    - Fasting on meat & rice?
    - Or fasting on food and drink water only for the whole day?

    I used Intermittent Fasting, I start breakfast 10am in the morning and stop eating 6pm, so therefore i fast 16 hrs a day.
    I do cardio exercise at 7am everyday. This Fasting tricks the body that you are experiencing famine therefore it burns more fat to convert to energy. I drink water all day, I eat anything as long as i can do fasting on food 16 hrs per day. hehe

    You dont have to eat 3 times a day, its a social construct. Primitive people dont eat even everyday and they do well. Even people on advance keto diet dont eat for 1 week only consume enough water.

    kumusta nman, na maintain pa?

    mdyo lisud btaw kung sedentary ang lifestyle miskan dli 3x a day imong kaon. eventually magpile up ra gihapon imong kinaon labi nko nga endo ug body type dali ra mag gain. consistent gihapon kos fasting pero weekends ra jogging and it's never enough.

    Hi guys, I was diagnosed with PCOS mga 4 months ago, and that was the time I seriously considered dieting kay intawn gusto pako maliwatan. Sauna kay yoyo diet jud ko ay. So I'm currently given 6 months by my doc to lose at least 10% of my weight. Giresetahan ko niya ug birth control pills ug Metformin which I really think helped with my weight loss kay na monthly najud ako period and d ko magcravings unlike before specially kung dug-on.

    Well sa ako journey kay first month nako, I tried fasting, mga gulay and fruits lang daw kuno, and ginagmay nga exercise, pero maboang jud ko, walay binuang, I don't have the discipline jud, mokaon jud ko sa ako gusto kay I'm depriving myself man and after 1 month, I only lost 1kg. Madala ra ug kalibang ni nga weight loss besh!

    So ako manghod recommended me nga magcalorie counter ko, so nag download ko ug MyFitnessPal sa phone, and 4 months+ after I finally lost ako target 10% weight nga minimal exercise ra! Hurray! Kay I still eat what I want, just in moderation lang. Tambal lang sa suya kumbaga. I also count calories off my head if I decide to eat. Palayo pud fast foods as much as possible. And it really helped nga mais nalang jud amo kaonon, supportive ra pud ang mga oatch sa balay. And treat it like a game if ever malapas sa goal calories for the day, bawion sa exercise. Slowly but surely jud siya, I know mas dako pa unta ako ma lose kaysa ani if I just do regular exercise but tapulan jud ko, I'm working on it pa. Haha and I also do 1 cheat MEAL (not day) per week to help keep my sanity. So I'm currently on my 5th month sa dieting (which I really really didn't expect kay before I only last 2 weeks max), I just hope magpadayon ni ako weight loss even after I'm off the meds after 6 months and hopefully, I'm cleared with PCOS after the 6th month.     Mindset nako is "I am what I eat" mao na mukaon kog bbq stick... bitaw

    control sa kaon then exercise ra jud.. pero HIIT ako workout sa balay. at least paksit ba...

    musta na ang timbang ninyo, ako naka maintain nako sa ako 70 kilos from 90 kilos last year, so far gamay rako ug gain this december kay likay sa mga tintasyon, 2 kilos ra na gain anko, pero dali rani ma maintain next month kay frewuent naman ko sige jogging ug long distance fun run ug marathon.

    same same japon. walay holiday akong diet , ma christmas or dili.

    =) Favorite japon nako ang extra large french fries, fish and chips! (gutom)
