And naa sa'y probable cause to believe ang CHR, tungod sa threats ni Duterte a long time ago just like in the Richard King case. Now probable cause and direct evidence are two very different things. But probable cause allows you to initiate investigation na. And CHR did. What's wrong with that. Mandate na nila diba? Ang reason why peaceful kuno ang Davao is because of their mayor's iron fist. And he has always been very vocal about killing everyone who stops him (not his exact words). That is probable cause for investigation na.

Well, even if I agree with the dates you mentioned, will it really matter? If you dont put color to the issue at hand, it doesnt really provide much probative value. You know why?
