before anha na dha sa may sm city cebu ang impounding sa CITOM i think mao ng atbang sa Total na gasoline station. ambot lang kaha karon if gi use ba na nila. since mag process man ka ana ug magbayad sa office sa CITOM e ask sila boss.

in my case, my car was clamped.. not TOWED..
to answer ur questions re: fines -- you have to go to CITOM office in Ramos and they will issue a ticket which you have to pay sa City Hall. i guess their fines for towed vehicles ranges from 3k - 5k
