sos brad, last month ni try sad jud ko ug kuha franchise para sa umaabli na SM SEASIDE. Akong budget was between 400k - 500k. Akong plano was to open thirsty, potato corner or quickly. Before ka nila e.entertain kay mu pass pa ka letter of intent nya pass sad ka letter sa sm. After all that, Tanan sila ni ingon nga sila daw mismo mu abli didto and mangita lang daw ko lain lugar. Mao after all that naka decide ko na mghimo nalang akong own tindahan and hopefully one day naa mu franchise nako.
