- Overlooking the city
- Possible location between Naga to Consolacion
- Rolling terrain is ok
- Has a creek or river
Budget is PHp 100 to PHp 300 per SQM.
Has to be titled and ready for transfer.
Around 1 hectare to 5 hectares if possible.
