Naa sa section III (Procedural Guidelines) and process unsaon pag apply ug GT franchise.

Ang first step is moadto ka sa LTFRB regional office to determine the RMC (Route Measured Capacity) sa routa nga inyo applyan, I guess this is done to determine if saturated naba ang ruta sa GT express o dugangan pa. From section III masubay ra nimo ang list of steps to acquire a franchise for GT Express.
