Old User and Password Cannot be used anymore?

Not so newbie here but was forced to register as new user coz I cant login using my old user and password.

Tapos with this new user, cant post in some threads ...

Please help.

You can't post in the buying or selling thread unless you get a rank promotion.. You can't use the search pud as a newbie..

I remember my old password well man sir vern. basin akong user na-delete? waahhhh ...
And I do have control of my email add, so cant understand ngano di na nako magamit old user/password.
