Sa management sa Mopro (pretty sure mabasahan ni ninyo), since wala man ko naka exit interview ug klaro anhi na lang ko magpahungaw.

Gave them a chance and stayed with the company close to 6 months. I was part of wave 1 as well. Gave up and left when na taym among department (DC) when the lay offs in our Irvine office started. They basically laid off hundreds of our US counterparts and gilabay tanang trabaho diri sa Cebu to a handful of us without any additional training. Targets were unrealistic. saleforce wala ko idea bai pero mostly 20+k up gyod na + 4k allowance + 24days paid leave+ premium HMO

nangtaktak na og sugod mga regulars kay hapit naman tig 13th month pay, mao pani company akong nasudlan na deliberate na mangita og sala para lang naa kunoy "cause" para maka terminate og mga empleyado, dili lang isa kundi daghan na silag gipang term walang tarong cause. ilang HR diri nahimo nalang tig football og empleyado.
