    nag active fitness ko kadali, for now i do bodyweights at home and a bit of yoga. ikaw?

    nindot na. basta consistent lng gyud. did it for a month and topped 2200lbs squat in a month but sad to say ni bigay ang akong tuhod ug kalit na undang ko. naa may app sa playstore to keep track sa imung progress

    literally wla gyud for around 3-4yrs, im planning some functional workout exercises to start it off then balik gamay strength training...yoga is interesting though
