for assume my unit at Urban Deca Homes Tisa Labangon, Cebu City. Turn over was last June 2015 but the unit was only use/rented last February 15, 2017 with a 1yr contract 'til February 15, 2018 with the monthly of 5,000.00 a month excluded the 1k monthly maintenance.
The unit is applied to in-house financing up to 15yrs with a monthly amortization of 9,807.38 up to 5yrs then 10k++ for the remaining 10yrs.

Asking price is 200k I already paid this almost 300k
