    In your experience, how many days do PLDT technicians fix whatever problems you have with your Telephone and/or internet via 171?

    Don't have dialtone for 3 days now and called 171 yesterday and today and constantly follow up the status through their customer service agent. I've maybe called 6 times more or less to follow up on updates.

    Latest update was them dispatching a technician to fix a ground battery that made us have no dialtone. Saw a technician briefly check our line at home before driving away, luckily got a video as proof that they were here.
