hi... magpatukod pod mi next month pohun. ang gi budget sa contractor namo is 18k per sqm peru ni decide mi wala mo go sa contractor, as of now we are in process of hiring a foreman na kasaligan jud, naa pa mi gipilian, but as per sa among close friend na engineer cguro madala rag 13k per sqm if magtipid jud mi.. hopefully
by the way, ang balay as per plan is 2 story pod mga 149sqm total floor area.

13k per sq.m. then 2 storey murag lisodlisod na nga price kay sa formworks ug scafolding para second floor mostly plywood ug cocolumber dako na kaayo mabawas sa imo budget pwede siguro ug ground floor lang.

Ako ika-suggest Boss... Ipatrabaho na ninyo og roofing contractor jud.
Ayaw mo anang panday-panday ra nga contractors aron dili mo magmahay (been there ).

Wala ko'y ikahatag nga number kay wala man pod mo nagsulti og asa inyon mga location.
Pero kanang mga tindahan sa roofing supplies, sila pod ang contrator.

planning to build our dream house.. preferably with at least 2 bedrooms and a floor area of at least 80 square meters. our lot is big enough (i guess) at 300 square meters located at bacayan talamban.. planning na bungalow lang given the budget constraint, but ideally if pwede ma set lang daan ang foundation that would be compatible just in case we decided to expand/build a 2nd storey.

do you think a budget of 1 million peso will be enough for it? (mao ra na loan) i've browsed through some sites and found really inspiring/nice actual builds like this, but i dunno if it's applicable here in cebu.. sa visayan pud nuon ni niya gi build iyang house though wala nakabutang exactly where.. also if there are building/house contractors you guys can recommended, it'll be very much appreciated..
