then mao na ni akong panghimangno...You must do some excercise after your meditation, like stationary jogging or anything that will pull your senses back to reality. Then after meditation engage yourself in socializing other human being then ayaw na ug dwell sa imong meditative state kay usahay naa pa man gud nay hang over.
what happened man gud in meditation is...you are altering your state of conciousness and it involves brain chemicals nga mo trigger ug certain stuff sa imong brain nya kung dili ka properly grounded after sa imong meditation delikado kaau.
