HELP. Dog on PUJ/PUB/van

I tried my spitz travel from cebu to negros. We got her permit 1st.
G.sakay ra namu sa Ceres bus. Make sure dili airconditioned kai dili
sila mu sugot basta aircon ang bus. If open ra ang windows sa bus,
la ra problem. Sugot ra sila. Even sa barj, pwede ra. Adto ra nu.on

naka travel ko sauna from cebu to san carlos city rottweiler akoa dog. ala ra nako gi sulod og kennel box pero pakyaw vhire. :P but u must get a permit.

depende cguro sa loc,,ky me i travel from cebu-bantayan (holiweek vacation)...
wala man permit sa boat,,mixed pom&chi akong dog mga small nuon...heheheh

update::
sad to say, i had some bad experience with our travel.

1. Ormoc to tacloban
wa me sugti sa aircon na van, namely DUPTOURS TRANSPORT services.
bawal daw - as in against the law bawal kay baho ug mabalahibo daw.
hapit ko maglagot sa driver/dispatser kay as far as i know, mas humot pa tingali akong iro compared sa ako.hehe. i was even ready to rent 4 seats at the back for us, pero with all the talk and effort wa jud nisugot.

ni gawas me, didto me nangita ug non-aircon PUB sa ormoc bus terminal,
fortunately, naa available na aircon na VAN, i forgot to take its name.
ni sugot man, mas limpyo ug mas bag-o pa gani ang van compared sa DUPTOURS.
we rented 4 seats at the back and it all went well from there.

2. Tacloban - Ormoc - Cebu
Wa na me niadto sa DUPTOURS kay kabalo na man me na di jud musogot, nag try me ug another transport sevice, VAN-VAN's, wa ghapon ni sugot. same reason sa DUPTOURS.
We tried our luck sa Tacloban Bus Terminal, naa non-aircon PUB, nakasakay me, we rented 3 seats.

Sa Supercat na, all was ok, until...naka gawas ako iro from his kennel, na damaged man jud ang kennel during the travel, na tanggal ang usa ka lock (out of four), so we, me and the supercat crew, took care of it by tying a rope around the kennel and the metal part in front. After 10 minutes, nakagawas nasad,
gi kitkit/paakpaak ang rope, ni gawas sya while the vessel was running, again with the help of the crew we opted to just tie my dog on his leash. It went well all the way back here in cebu.

just a bit info for those who are not from tacloban or ormoc

Supercat has its own pier in ormoc, only DUPTOURS vans and a Supercat Bus are allowed to enter the pier. Outside of the pier is Ormoc Bus Terminal, there are Vans and Buses available there.
Travel time from ormoc - tacloban - ormoc, 2 and a half hours for vans and 3 hours for buses.

In tacloban, Duptours and Van-van's have their own terminal located in the city proper. While Tacloban Bus Terminal is at least two kilometers away from the main city.

With this, imagine the transfer from one terminal to the other.

@fitz - from ormoc ko, unsa requirements sa supercat?! Need papers or something? I know there is a permit but besides that unsa pa lain req? Thanks for the heads up....Planning to go home unta with my Lab

babolgam, quarantine papers ra man, then you have to pay for the dog/kennel as baggage,
akoa kay medium sized dog raman, 300++ ako nabayran + porter...
