    Oats in the morning with low fat milk,
    Tuna fish with whole wheat bread and orange juice in the afternoon,
    avocado smoothies (with banana) for snacks,
    shellfish with cooked corn grits and vegetable salad in the evening.
    I still need HDL for energy.

    and a 1-2 hours jog.

    bsan unsa sa sud.an pro half rice rko bfast ug lunch, oatmeal sa gabie, no softdrinks or mg carbtrim rko. . .
    3 times a week jog. . .

    I actually try to follow Paleo/Primal lifestyle as much as possible and seeing good results. But then again, I lift regularly.



    I'm actually 90% Paleo. I don't eat rice, bread, etc. My diet consists of meat and vegetables. Just 90%.... because on the weekends, I drink beer. And when I get drunk, maka drive through ug whopper. haha.

    breakfast consist of half rice and 2 scramble eggs
    lunch half rice and meat
    dinner half rice ang viggies
    and by the way i dont eat white rice i only eat red rice cuz of low carbs
    and a daily exercise

    paleo and vegan is the only key pili lang and I can assure anyone who adapts to it will have a healthy body and a healthy way of losing weight. above this is a repost of my diet. been doing this for long and naka maintain ko ug ideal weight since niwang ko saona.

    BTW, bfore anything else, a healthy diet is NOT cutting but eating normally on whole foods and reject GMOs!

    I lost 6 Kilos in 30 days ani nga technique:

    Took Oral HCG
    first 2 days kaon bisag unsa. Mga fatty foods

    Then 3rd day padung 30th day kay no rice no carbs and no sugar diet
    500-700 calorie diet ra jud per day pero usahay maka cheat ko
    labad sa ulo sa first few days pero with the help of oral hcg drops kay masupress ako kagutom
    no exercise and mostly ana nga time kay atbang ra kos ako laptop kay homebased ra ko hehehe.

    From 162 lbs kay 143 na lang ko ron and it happened in just 30 days.

    Next kay mild exercise ug sugod PRT na sad para matone na ang lawas.

    Bai. dili na maayo kanang 500-700 calories per day. Do your research lang kay you're doing more harm then good sa imo lawas.

    nganu kaha na uso ning HCG nga di man gyud ni maayo maski kinsa pa nga doctor imo pangutan.on.
