I noticed in some men, they have lots and lots of white heads and blackhead in their nose..
Why is that so? I suggested to my guy friend to use iwhite peeling mask, wa gyud ni-effect..

As long as you wash your face daily, ma minimize man ang white/black heads. Ako oily akong face and I am very active - I wash my face everyday and twice a week I use an apricot facial scrub para pang exfoliate. Di man gyud makuha tanan nga blackheads pero at least I keep them in control.

Some tips on picking the perfect fit for jeans.

-however u like ur jeans: straight, boot-cut, baggy (skinny excluded), never take the fit to the extreme. that means no super baggy and no super tight.

-if u like them low-rise, make sure they never fall below hips.

-there should be more than enough room in the legs, even if they are boot-cut.
