I have been having trouble with these 2 devices lately.
1. I do not know where to find these devices or where to buy them.
2. Can we even buy these devices in Cebu?
3. How much do they usually cost?
4. Where can we find second-hand items for these devices?

if you are inclined, go with pfsense, can do all of those things for you for far more lesser price.
or so to speak, you can have identical capabilities of those INSANE Cisco devices utilizing junk equipments or less than 2k with it.

dual, triple, multi WAN or LAN with VPN and such..., pfSense can do it all, the only cons you'll get is the bloody learning curve
