Based on my experience, out of the box applications are NOT allowed by BIR for accreditation. You can try the Cerquit Accounting or Cerquit Accounting Suite of Cerquit Solutions (Software Company Philippines|Software Development and Outsourcing Philippines|KPO - CERQUIT Solutions). Besides they have good customer support.

The system is very user friendly. It is100% developed by filipino engineers and tailored to Philippine accounting process. I visited their site and they are now supporing BIR e-filling and BIR forms and reports...

I referred them to my clients and they are satisfied... this is just my opinion..

I'm a consultant and been in the industry for 20+ years, i've been searching for accounting software that will address the needs of my clients and can be customized and tailored my clients business needs. I already tried quickbooks, peach tree, myob, you name it...

I research in google if there is such provider here in Philippines.. but no luck for several years until this 2010 i came accross this site when i searched in google the combination of terms accounting terms + philippines.

1. What the difference between translations which are in review compared to being transferred to the actual register.
