today Marina Mall was shut down. all establishments were closed, save more groceries store, all the restaurants are closed. i had to go to gaisano for lunch.
i think that radaza is an evil sith lord... i thought this <censored> was tried for the light post issue? wat happened to that?

I second the motion..... why mayor radaza do all this things? compare to LLC's former mayor!!! Is mayor radaza had the reason to do this all? Lapu-lapu City was grown and bloomed in terms of business, many investors put up money and established companies in the City...

I have lots of questions regarding this issue:

1) If edifices of Mr. Pelaez, including Mactan Marina Mall, lack the necessary building permits, then why did the government allow it to stand for more or less 10 years? If he's a constant tax evader, why not file him a case years before this issue happened? Does that mean after how many years of sitting pretty behind his desk, he didn't even get a chance to at least check their tax records? I think it's very impossible for him to not actually do that considering how big the business of Pelaez is.

2) With the closing of Mactan Marina Mall, and even of Save More, he has just displaced more than a thousand employees. So is this his way of helping the people of Lapu-Lapu, by leaving them jobless? Hapit na baya unta Pasko.

3) Where are the records? Nawala. Of all things na puwede mawala, kadto pa jud na related sa computer issue? Seriously, this is the lamest excuse a public official has ever given.

I'd say Radaza should focus more on his commitment of making Lapu-Lapu deserving of the title highly urbanized city. It seems like instead of going up, he's bringing us down. There's hardly any development in the area, roads are not properly repaired, Opon has never been this at risk with criminals, and there's just pollution everywhere. I think he should be the one who starts cleaning his own backyard first.
