Right after magbulag, ihilak ug taman. Ayaw lang paghikog. Tell your friends (much better kung family) ipagawas tanan. Tapos tulog tarong. Inig mata nimo, exercise. Kaon ug daghan. Focus sa trabaho/school. Ayaw paminaw ug music or tan-aw ug tv kay toxic sa kadramahan. Be very busy sa mga first few days.
Talk to yourself everyday why you should move on. Make it a mantra and everything will follow.
Make a discernment, assess and worry about "LOVING YOURSELF", instead of loving the idea of other people loving you.. ^_^
