Seriously people, Tomas as best? For me, he is the most corrupt. Do you know why Cebu is now in deficit mode? It is because of all those projects he initiated during the election year.

Then why does Mayor "Ranma 1/2" proposed a 12 Billion budget for next year? I think It's contradicting to what you said that Cebu City is in deficit..
