    Any diet will work if you believe and make it a lifestyle. The type of diet you use must be something you are comfortable with. Name a diet. I may have tried it in the past years. IF is good but if your cortisol is too high then you may consider a different approach with your diet and not Intermittent Fasting. And yes I tried. Thats why I said any diet will work. I agree with Lord_Ac, mo hinay ra ang metabolism if mag pataka ka ug diet.

    mga IFers , naa ko ask like for example ang akong heavy meal kay mostly dinner man kay mag dungan man mi ug dinner sa akong palalab, so kung mag dinner mi ug 9pm ang fasting ani hangtod na sa 1pm ? then ang feeding time ani mag start na between 2pm to 9pm ? sakto ba ko ? then pwede ra mag workout or pasingot during daytime without any food intake except water for rehydration ? or unsa man recommended light meal or food during day workout for IFs ?

    If you start 2pm, I think you'll end up by 10pm as your feeding window.

    For me, I don't really have a rule when to workout. When I workout fasted, I usually timed it before I took my first meal so that when I finished my workout, I can then eat 'coz that would be super hungry after a workout. BCAA's would be helpful to make you get through the workout. You can drink water, black coffee or tea though throughout the day since they don't contain calories just to get your stomach to have something especially during your fast. Basta keep on experimenting lang what works for you. I'm stronger when I'm fasted while others say they are weaker. It really depends, just listen to your body. Hope this helps.
